    Rebecca returns to the slx team after a succesful stint in the freelance world working on some of the biggest events over the past decade establishing herself as a key member of any lighting team. She brings her skills and extensive knowledge of the events world to SLX and now looks after our warehouse and resource planning.

  • Kevin McCreanor

    Kevin is one of our Warehouse Supervisors, he has been with SLX since 2014. Kevin has a wealth of experience from his time with the entertainment team at Alton Towers and as a technical manager at a Spanish theatre. Kevin is a qualified electrician and applies his skills within the events industry to ensure that all electrical distribution equipment at SLX is repaired and maintained to the highest possible standard.

  • Bartosz Zawislak

    Bart is the Power and Rigging Team Leader. He manages the efficient preparation and maintenance of all SLX power distribution, lifting equipment and rigging tackle. He maintains a strict level of quality and administration, all LOLER, RCD, MCB, Inspection data and PAT results are digitally stored on SLX servers. Bart will create bespoke testing procedures to ensure that all SLX power and rigging equipment is the best available

  • Oliver Westcombe

    Oli joined the SLX team in December 2018 after graduating with a degree in Music Production. "I sought SLX out as a place where I would love to work and indeed I do". He has always had a passion for the technical side of Events both sound and lighting and has now specialised in Lighting, in his spare time he enjoys lighting Live Events as well as  working full time preparing lights for Events professionally. "I love working at SLX; the fact that the work is varied and challenging and that we are valued as a core part of the SLX team. I take huge pride in what I do and the importance it has in the smooth running of our operations".

  • Nic Vangorph

    Nic is one of the Warehouse Supervisors. He has been in the entertainment business for 28 years and has been with SLX for 16 . During Nics time in the industry he has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge, Nic has moved away from the production operation aspect, and is now applying his skills towards providing technical and logistic support to SLX customers. Nic is proud of the part he played in successfully moving the SLX warehouse, it was hard work, but everyone pulled together to achieve the deadline. Even today SLX is constantly making changes to improve the warehouse efficiency and it has been interesting to see it develop over time.

  • Gary Smith

    Gary Smith is the SLX Business Systems and Quality Coordinator for the warehouse operation. At SLX we use a variety of bespoke software that Gary maintains and ensures reliability, he will also oversee quality of all SLX assets and perform spot checks to ensure only the best equipment is provided. Gary will also investigate and develop IT process improvements for the warehouse to make sure we always run at our best.

  • Kenn Harrison

    Kenn Harrison is the SLX Maintenance Coordinator, he will oversee the servicing and repair of all SLX hire assets. Kenn will repair all equipment ranging from moving lights and data processing to AV and power distribution. Kenn joins us from a vast background of providing technical consultancy to businesses around the UK and providing creative media solutions for a print services company. Kenn brings a wealth of electrical and IT qualifications to the role and can easily turn his hand to any repair.
