We’re proud to champion the next generation of talent in our industry. Every year, we welcome a small group of passionate, creative, and curious students onto our Lighting Programme, designed to support and guide you as you take your next steps into the industry.
If you’re approaching your final year of study in September in lighting design or technical theatre, this is your invitation to join a friendly, expert-led programme that gives you more than just experience, it gives you confidence, connections, and hopefully a clearer sense of where you want to go next!
What you can expect
We’re here to help you grow, whether that’s by working with our team of professionals, learning about the wider industry, getting stuck into hands-on opportunities, or meeting people who’ll support you long after the programme ends.
You’ll also get the chance to spend time at SLX HQ, explore work experience options (with us and our industry partners), and access guidance tailored to your goals and interests.
