Russell Payne

As Sales Director, Russell leads a fantastically passionate team of creatives and Project Managers to deliver a myriad of diverse, world-class events. Russell began his career with SLX over 20 years ago in the Events Team, managing everything from university balls to regional conferences. Now, he focuses on the broadcast sector and SLX’s major events. Russell completed a technical apprenticeship under Maurice Marshal at the Northcott Theatre, and has been with SLX as it has grown from its original base in Exeter to its new HQ in Bristol.
